General Terms and conditions
Scope:
These general terms and conditions apply to all bookings of holiday apartments that are rented by Gernot Schäffter (hereinafter referred to as the “landlord”) to the tenant.
Booking:
The rental agreement comes into effect when the tenant confirms the booking in writing, on the website or by e-mail and has made the agreed payment. The landlord confirms the booking in writing or by e-mail.
Payment terms:
The amount is due no later than 10 days before the arrival date. For bookings made less than 10 days before the arrival date, the total amount is immediately due.
Cancellation:
For cancellations made more than 10 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded. For cancellations made less than 10 days before the arrival date, the deposit will not be refunded.
Liability:
The landlord is not liable for losses or damages caused by force majeure or by the behavior of the tenant or third parties.
House rules:
The tenant undertakes to comply with the house rules and to leave the holiday apartment in the condition in which he found it.
Jurisdiction:
For all disputes arising from this contract, the law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction is Michelstadt.
